DWR maintains strong, ongoing relationships with a number of fabrication facilities in the UK and in South-East Asia, and can deliver complete or partial fabrication scopes for projects of all sizes. The company’s experienced construction team is able to provide project fabrication support from initial concept through to full construction execution, and draws on an extensive previous track record of a range of fabrication scopes in excess of $30 million USD. Our in-depth understanding of the fabrication process, and close relationship with the supply chain, allows us to execute construction projects both expediently and cost effectively.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
In cases where DWR acts as client representative, services can range from plan approval to final commissioning and acceptance offshore:
- Complete fabrication management
- Development of fabrication specifications for primary, secondary and tertiary steel structures
- On-site Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management
- Equipment installation supervision
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspectors/supervisors

CONTRUCTION AS PART OF EPC CONTRACTS
Many of the fabrication scopes undertaken by the company are as part of a complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction delivery scope.
DWR’s directors have previously managed EPC scopes with contract values in excess of $100 million USD, combining multiple stakeholders and equipment suppliers to deliver complete, complex single-unit mooring system fabrications of over 5000 tonnes in weight.
Our on-site construction supervision personnel are selected from a small pool of contract employees, all of whom we have executed projects with previously, and all of whom have extensive track records for delivery.
